2무관용 원칙 · Commitment to Child Safety
필콕은 아동 성착취·학대(CSAE)와 아동 성착취물(CSAM)을 절대 허용하지 않습니다. 발견 즉시 삭제하고, 계정을 영구 정지하며, 관계 기관에 신고합니다.

3금지하는 행위 · Prohibited Content & Conduct
- 아동 성착취물의 게시·공유·거래·요청, 또는 그런 자료가 있는 곳으로 연결하는 링크 — posting, sharing, trading or requesting CSAM, or linking to it
- 아동을 성적으로 표현하는 글·사진·그림 (실제·합성·AI 생성·만화 포함) — sexualized depictions of minors, including drawn, synthetic or AI-generated
- 아동에게 접근해 성적 목적으로 길들이는 행위(그루밍), 연락처 요구, 만남 유도 — grooming, soliciting contact or meetings with a minor for sexual purposes
- 아동 성매매·인신매매 알선, 미성년자를 대상으로 한 구인 위장 글 — child sex trafficking or exploitative "job" postings targeting minors
- 아동 성착취를 미화·옹호하거나, 피해 아동의 신원을 드러내는 행위 — promoting CSAE or exposing the identity of a child victim
4신고 방법 · How to Report
- 게시글·댓글: 해당 글이나 댓글의 신고 버튼을 누르고 사유를 적어 주세요. 신고가 쌓이면 운영팀 확인 전이라도 자동으로 숨겨집니다. Use the Report button on any post or comment. Reported content is auto-hidden once reports accumulate, even before review.
- 그 밖의 경우: 텔레그램 @Philcok 으로 주소(링크)·닉네임·내용을 보내 주세요. 신고자 정보는 비공개로 처리합니다. For anything else, message @Philcok on Telegram with the link, username and details. Reporter identity is kept confidential.
- 아동이 지금 위험에 처해 있다면 먼저 아래 긴급 기관에 신고해 주세요. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the emergency authorities below first.
5필콕의 대응 · Our Response
- 신고는 접수 즉시 운영자에게 알림이 가며, 아동 안전 관련 신고를 가장 먼저 처리합니다. Reports alert moderators immediately; child-safety reports take top priority.
- 위반 콘텐츠는 바로 비공개·삭제하고, 작성 계정은 영구 정지합니다. Violating content is taken down and the account is permanently banned.
- 수사에 필요한 기록은 법이 정한 범위에서 보존하고, 관계 기관의 적법한 요청에 협조합니다. Records needed for investigation are preserved as permitted by law, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
- 필리핀 「온라인 아동 성착취 및 아동 성착취물 방지법(RA 11930)」 등 관련 법에 따라 관계 기관과 NCMEC에 신고합니다. We report to the relevant authorities and to NCMEC in line with the Philippine Anti-OSAEC and Anti-CSAEM Act (RA 11930) and other applicable laws.
